The beef rib/breast meat is only used in the Netherlands as soup meat or for cooking on stews. Great, because it tastes great. Yet you do the meat too short. Especially from the better beef cattle, this meat is very suitable for the barbecue. It takes quite some time because the meat is coarse-grained and therefore a lot less tender. Once ready, however, you will have a great piece of meat. Unique in taste.
