Steak is ideal for the grill, better known as the Dutch BBQ. We supply these steaks per 5 pieces for your BBQ. These are thinly sliced and suitable for grilling over high heat. If you want the steak a little thicker, we recommend ordering the steak Qua preparation make sure the steaks are at room temperature before you put them on the BBQ. Cook the steaks on both sides until nicely browned on the outside. You can maintain a core temperature of 48 degrees, at that temperature remove the steaks from the BBQ and let them rest for 10 minutes under aluminum foil.
