The sirloin is an exceptionally tender piece of roast meat that is between roast beef, steak and loin in terms of quality. It can be consumed raw or cooked. It is therefore very suitable for nice lean pieces that can be grilled well. As ‘large meat’ it is prepared in the oven or closed barbecue.
