Rolled meat is a dish in which seasoned meat is rolled up.
To hold the roast together, a rope is used in which a special roast knot is tied. Factory rolls are often made in an elastic net. Rollade is usually made from pork, but also from
- beef
- chicken
- turkey or other poultry you can make the most delicious roasts.
A roast is considered a festive food and eaten at high holidays such as birthdays and Christmas. After roasting, the string is removed, then the roast is cut into slices.
Rollade is eaten both hot and cold. Sliced thinly (1 mm), rolled meat is also eaten as a sandwich filling.
All of our rollades are hand-knotted and seasoned with our own twente rollade spice mix, it is gluten-free.
