Rolled meat is a dish in which seasoned meat is rolled up.
To hold the roast together, a rope is used in which a special roast knot is tied. Factory drawers are often in an elastic net. Rollade is mostly made from pork, but the use of beef, chicken or other poultry is also common. A roast is considered a festive food and eaten at high holidays such as birthdays and Christmas. After roasting, the string is removed, then the roast is cut into slices. Rollade is eaten both hot and cold. Sliced thinly (1 mm), rolled meat is also eaten as a sandwich filling.
All of our roasts are hand-knotted and seasoned with our own twente roast spice mix, it is gluten-free.
