A pig kidney weighs about 200 grams and has a slightly sweeter taste than other kidney types.
They can be used in different ways. First of all, remove the remnants of membranes and fat at the bottom and rinse them with plenty of cold water.
In many cases, the kidney is then blanched first. You can fry, stew and cook kidneys. They can also be processed into ragout and other special dishes.
Use product within 2 days otherwise freeze immediately.
Rinse well with cold water before use.
