Ground beef has a less juicy structure than half and half ground beef to which pork has been added.
Our minced meat contains no added moisture. It is ideal minced meat to make your own burgers.
Ground beef contains up to 20% fat. Nice round meatballs look good, but keep in mind that flatter discs bake more easily. Minced meat is often made with bread. Make that bread a little moist first, otherwise too much moisture will be taken from the meat and that affects the ‘bite’ adversely.
We grind our minced meat only 1 time 4mm. This also allows you to fry it well in a loose form.
