Different types of fricandeau and ham are cut from the ham.
One species is more or less lean and more or less fine in structure. These parts are extremely suitable for ham on the bone. All fricandeau can be perfectly baked in its entirety. Preferably in the oven or BBQ, but indirectly.
Price per kilo, meat is not salted or seasoned.
