The minced meat made from horse meat contains very little fat. Mainly because of the fact that too much fat makes the mincemeat bitter. The minced meat is darker in color and can be prepared in the same way as the other minced meats. However, it does have a fairly neutral flavor and can therefore be nicely spiced.
