Beef strips are steak and roast beef strips cut from the tender parts of the beef. As the name suggests, ideal for ‘stir frying’ (stir frying) in a little oil in a wok.
- Sprinkle the beef strips with herbs.
- Heat a frying pan/wok until it is hot and add a few drops of liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil.
- Bake the beef strips at a high temperature for about 4 minutes.
- Turn regularly.
- Delicious to combine with various stir-fry vegetables.
